Iconic stop for key west. Had a great breakfast at the bar. Bar tender was great quick to serve us even though she was stocking the bar as they just opened. Perfect restaurant tucked in between trees and neat hanging plants. I think they had the nicest service in the keys
I got on a waitlist to be seated at 10:30am and was seated 5-10 minutes later. The staff was friendly and there was live music playing. Roosters and chickens are hanging out next to me while I ate my pancakes. It was kind of hot but there are fans at each table. They look like helicopter propellers.
Outstanding visit. Been 10+ years since being here last. What a great meal and service (Dakota) was fantastic. Will not wait that long again to come back, the atmosphere is the best and didn't want to leave. Had the BLT Benedict and it was wonderful. Thanks !
While in the Keys, Blue Heaven is a must try due to its popularity. It did not disappoint. I tried the shrimp and grits, which were by far the best that I have ever had and I've lived in Chas, SC where shrimp and grits are a staple. My husband tried the lobster BLT and it was just as good. After your meal, be sure to walk around the premise to see all of the free roaming roosters and various artwork
Clearly...just another review stating how fabulous this place is for breakfast or dinner. Blue Heaven is true Key West icon as far as I'm concerned. The music. The trees. The chicken. It represents everything that I think of when I think KW. Outstanding service. Outstanding food. Do not skip Blue Heaven!
Bluehaven was great until the end My service was great. My server was great until the check came, and I waited and waited and waited. The food was amazing until the end when I ordered Keylime pie and it clearly had been sitting premade four days. The meringue was like eating a sponge. Been here before really liked it atmosphere was so much fun and will certainly come back. Just wish they'd kind of dotted the I and crossed the T
This is a really cool and fun place. I love the outdoor seating setup and also the bar too. The food was great! I had the mahi mahi and also a slice of key lime pie. Everything here was great from the service and attentiveness to the food. Everything was fresh too! It's a lively place and is overall a super cool place to enjoy a meal.

I'm sure there are a million reviews. I've been coming here my whole adult life. It's great. I'm sure every review says that. I'm just here to post a good pick. Come here. Food is great. Music is great. Drinks are strong. They have ping pong. The key lime pie is as good as it gets. If I were you I'd have the shrimp and grits.
The BEST place for brunch in Key West!!! We flew from Miami to Key West, and only had a short few hours to explore before our flight back. We were told this is a treasure in Key West. And they weren't wrong!!!! The vibe itself is that perfect island feel. We didn't explore too much because we headed straight for the bar, no lie To be honest, we were walking in at noon on a Saturday so the wait for a table was about 90 minutes. There happened to be exactly 2 seats at the bar!!! The outside patio is what I dream of when I think of beach living. Sandy floors. A tiki bar in the middle. Tables spread out under the palm trees. And a little shack in the middle for live music! What made our experience 5 stars (besides the amazing food... more on that) was the fantastic bartenders! I wish I could remember their names now, but my husband and I were on our honeymoon so we had love blinders on They were extremely friendly and had such a good energy about them. Considering how busy they seemed to be, we felt completely taken care of. It was a great time just chillin, drinking a beer, and enjoying everyone's company. Their drinks also seemed to be much cheaper than many of the other places we visited on our honeymoon. People truly seem happier in the keys!!!! Then the food... AMAZING 100/10 would diiiiie to have that lobster Benedict again. Their hollandaise tasted homemade. Soooo freaking good. We both got Benedict's, but it seemed like every plate that passed us heading to another table looked equally amazing!!! We also took home some of their Cuban banana bread home from their shop--great way to bring home the keys. A must if you're in town!
